Our Recreational boxing classes (BoxFit) are designed to provide the fitness enthusiast, novice boxer, or anyone interested in boxing for its tremendous anaerobic and fat loss benefits, with a foundation of cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and improved reaction time and quickness.
As well as teaching the basics of Olympic-Style (Amateur).(no sparring) This class will blow the fat right off your body – leaving you with the chiseled abs and a toned, defined physique of a champion.

FightFit Classes
Our Technical Boxing classes will teach aspiring recreational boxers the correct punching techniques and associated technical skills required to box effectively.
Boxers will gain confidence, speed, and skill in a safe, supervised environment. (sparring optional) |

Junior FightFit
Technical Boxing classes for 10-17 year olds. Our trainers will work with young boxers to develop awareness, better breathing (essential in boxing), and improve balance and poise all while increasing their self-confidence and discipline.
